RULES

The rules are mandatory for all players. Administration enforces them. Punishments depend on the severity of the violation — up to a full account ban.

1. General Rules

• 1.1 Registration means automatic agreement to the rules. Ignorance does not exempt from responsibility.
• 1.2 Administration can modify the server and rules without notice.
• 1.3 The server is free and maintained voluntarily.
• 1.4 All accounts and their content belong to Administration.
• 1.5 Access may be terminated at any time without explanation.
• 1.6 Administration may apply sanctions even in cases not explicitly mentioned in the rules.
• 1.7 Administration is not responsible for any possible damage.

2. Characters and Accounts

• 2.1 Players must keep their registration data safe. Recovery is not guaranteed.
• 2.2 Unauthorized access to other accounts is prohibited.
• 2.3 Offensive or disruptive names are forbidden.
• 2.4 Using names or titles resembling Administration (admin, GM, etc.) is prohibited.
• 2.5 Account owner is fully responsible for all actions performed from their account.
• 2.6 Trading in-game items for real money, digital currency, or exchange with other games is forbidden. Violation — confiscation and ban (including HWID).
• 2.7 Insults, swearing, and threats outside the game are prohibited.
• 2.8 Racism and nationalism are forbidden.
• 2.9 Account hacking caused by the owner is not considered.

3. Gameplay

• 3.1 Software affecting the server or gameplay is forbidden.
• 3.2 Using bugs and cheats is prohibited.
• 3.3 Discovered bugs must be reported to Administration immediately.
• 3.4 Upon the appearance of a GM, stop actions immediately.
• 3.5 Advertising other servers is forbidden.
• 3.6 Administration is not responsible for mistakes in trading.
• 3.7 Chat flooding is prohibited.
• 3.8 Administration intervenes in the game at its discretion.
• 3.9 Spreading misinformation or discussing server issues in chat is prohibited.
• 4.0 Clan leaders must return items given to them upon the owner's request (if conditions are fixed in chat).

4. Interaction with Administration

• 4.1 Contact Administration only when necessary and with a clear problem description.
• 4.2 Unfounded accusations and slander are prohibited.
• 4.3 Spreading false information is forbidden.
• 4.4 Disrespectful statements towards Administration are prohibited.
• 4.5 Misleading Administration is prohibited.
• 4.6 Demanding punishment cancellation is forbidden.
• 4.7 Attacks or any requests (Party, Friend, Trade, etc.) without Administration consent are forbidden.

Important: Violation of any rule may result in account suspension, item confiscation, or HWID ban.
